On each page there is a description of how many reps to do of a bunch of exercises BUT it does not describe or show you what those exercises consist of. In total body workout #1 I'm supposed to do 8 to 12 bent-arm fly. What is a bent-arm fly? I have no idea. I feel ripped off.

Fred and Matt have again put out a very good training resource. Add it to your library and kickstart your workouts.
The danger of buying books online, even with a sample, is evidenced in me buying this book. With just a sample of the first chapters you seldom see what you need. This book does not show exercises which is what I needed. It gives you the names of exercises to do in a routine. When it says French Curl, do I do that with my tongue or hair curlers?
I downloaded this e-book on my phone and now have workouts at my fingertips where ever I am...VERY convenient!! Great workouts too!
If you want workout ideas this reference is packed with ideas. If you want instruction on weightlifting and working out in general, then you should look somewhere else.
Fred and Matt offer a very good variety of workouts Full body, split, single set, multiple set, themed, etc...Enough to keep you busy for years. Highly recommended.
Although this book offers some good workouts, I was a little disappointed that it really didn't offer anything new or innovative that you wouldn't find elsewhere.
